Alison,John and Dudley

Alison and John were recently married at Wedderburn Castle, and for their pre wedding photograph they were photographed with Dudley who unfortunately was not able to be at the wedding, but he was in good hands with friends who were looking after him Both Alison and John are now back with Dudley after their honeymoon .............

Toby ..........

Toby popped in with Brenda from Minto in the Scotish Borders. A magnificent natured dog, great to work with, he loved the camera and enjoyed himself immensely........ thank you Toby and Brenda.

Buzz and Chrystal

Rachel and Billy brought in Buzz and Chrystal, two German Shepherd's ( GSD) . Buzz the elder stateswoman was looking very relaxed and looking forward to posing in front of the camera, Chrystal who is 15 weeks old, had other ideas. Play time !!!!!!! I have never come across a puppy with so sharp teeth as Chrystal, and she used her size and innocence to great advantage. But we got there, we had some fun in the studio and then went out on to a location for some more photographs. Hopefully we will see Chrystal back in front of the camera when she reaches the grand age of 6 months, and then the milestone of her first year.

Dailey and Scooper

Rhona brought in Dailey and Scooper to the studio on Saturday morning. A Jack Russell Terrier and a Whippet that were both great fun and great natured. They were easy to work with. Scooper left his mark on the studio!! Dailey is a natural born model, staring into the camera lens like something of ANTM. After making friends with them we began the studio session. They had lots of fun during the time in the studio. As you can see from the photos, they get on really well together. They made their "Pet" very proud.

Border Union Agriculture Show 2011

The Border Union Agriculture Show took place in Kelso on Friday and Saturday at Springwood Park. A big thank you to all who visited the stand and took the time to fill in the free draw to win studio and pet photography sessions. The winners and the runners up will be contacted this week by email and phone. A huge thank you to Pam and Shona for looking after the stand for me on Saturday while I was away photographing a wedding in Inveraray and to Mike for helping dismantle the stand.

We had some fun with Margaret's three Pointers: Tika, Inge and Dusty early in the morning last week. Fabulous dogs. so well behaved and enjoyed having their photographs taken. They looked fabulous.

Early Morning Reflection

Magnificent light this morning for photographs on the hill. I was out with Magnus at 5.30 am and took this photograph of him by the Loch. His breeder asked me for an updated photograph for her web site. The mighty Magnus ..........
